it kind of disappoints me how my work enforces DBT skills, yet certain staff fail to uphold it for their personal life. we promote effective communication, radical acceptance, and living in present moment and so many more great, vital skills. But every time I check my work email, I read passive aggressive emails and hear such negativity and lack of accountability. How can you teach and pound down skills on patient, yet live your life vastly different? it bothers me…
